Every week you will receive a personalized training split. All exercises, detailed descriptions and demonstrations are on a Vimeo exercise library that is exclusively for clients. I will hold you accountable with completing your workouts each week and adjust them accordingly.
No gym? No problem. I create plans for clients with or without gym access!
