  • Every week you will receive a personalized training split. All exercises, detailed descriptions and demonstrations are on a Vimeo exercise library that is exclusively for clients. I will hold you accountable with completing your workouts each week and adjust them accordingly. 

  • No gym? No problem. I create plans for clients with or without gym access!

  • My programming focus's on your personal habits, not strict rules or restrictions. I will help you form healthy habits that will routinely help you maintain your health and fitness goals and support you throughout the years to come. 

  • Triweekly check-ins to keep you accountable and make adjustements when needed

  • Photo/weight/body measurement tracking to keep you accountable and to see progress!!
